Fixture Tooling Plate 4" x 10" 1/4-20 holes for Mill CNC Sherline

Description

Due to popular demand we are now offering fixture plates in 4" x 10" dimensions. Our fixture plates are designed to be used for workiholding on variety of smaller machines, particularly all Sherline milling machines. The plate has 6 counterbored mounting through holes for 10-32 bolts to bolt down to a Sherline mill table as well as 4 counterbored through holes for 1/4-20 bolts to mount to all standard aluminum fixture plates with 1/4-20 thread sizes.
Material: Aluminum 6061
There are 117 holes tapped for 1/4-20 bolts, spaced 0.5 inches center to center.
Exact dimensions of plate are 3.950” x9.950” and thickness is .485” but may vary slightly by a couple of thousands depending on raw material dimensions and condition. Our main focus is to achieve flatness to within  +\- 001”.
